According to research, pver half of the college graduates today are women. Women also make up half the worforce in the U.S. But women only represent 25% of workers within the technology industry. So why is it that women excel in fields like entrepreneurship, but struggle in the tech industry? Are there not enough programs for teenage girls to get learn about technology? Do women in the field not give themselves enough credit for the work they do? Or is it the industry itself that doesn’t lend itself to being a female-friendly work environment?
